Pilot, implementation and onboarding
Most OpsThread engagements begin with a focused paid pilot.
The pilot maps the process, configures an initial working portal and tests it with a defined group of users before you commit to a wider rollout. Its scope, outcomes and price are agreed in advance.
When you decide to proceed with the full deployment, the pilot fee is credited in full towards the agreed implementation and contract value. The pilot is the first stage of the engagement, not an additional cost on top of it.
A full implementation is scoped according to the work required and may include:
- process discovery and solution design
- portal configuration and branding
- workflow and profile setup
- roles and permissions
- initial data preparation or import
- testing and administrator training
- launch support
If you decide not to continue after the pilot, the pilot fee covers the discovery, configuration and working solution delivered during that stage.
Pilot and implementation pricing may be reduced for focused deployments, eligible nonprofits and selected founding partners.
Need something smaller or larger?
A focused portal used across a large organisation may require only a small number of workflows, while still supporting thousands of people. A complex portal may serve fewer users but require significantly more configuration.
We therefore price each deployment using a combination of:
- solution and workflow complexity
- registered and operational users
- expected activity and data volumes
- storage and notification usage
- integrations and security requirements
- support and service commitments
